2. Personal data we process
When you request information or a quotation, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, enquiry category and any product references or technical specifications you choose to send.
In this static prototype, the form launches the visitor’s email program. It does not automatically transfer or store form details on a TAC server. If the visitor sends the prepared message, its contents are processed as an email received by TAC.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use received details to respond to enquiries, assess technical requirements, prepare quotations and carry out related communications. The legal basis may be steps taken at the individual’s request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or a legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)), following an assessment of its applicability.
These details will not be used for unrelated promotional emails without an appropriate legal basis.
4. Retention
Details are retained for as long as necessary to respond to the enquiry, and afterwards where required by law or to address potential liabilities. Precise retention periods must be checked against TAC’s records management procedures before launch.
5. Recipients and international transfers
Hosting, email and technical support providers may process information on our behalf under suitable agreements. We will not share enquiry information with third parties for unrelated marketing. The providers used for WordPress and any international transfers and safeguards must be reviewed before publication.
6. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by emailing info@tacaragon.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Security and updates
Appropriate safeguards will be applied. This notice will be reviewed when the form is connected to WordPress, providers change or further features are introduced.
